His musical journey began at the age of five playing classical piano, and by age seven he was performing live and very soon after wrote his first piece of music for his father, who was in the hospital at the time. In middle school, in his first band, he picked up bass, guitar and eventually drums. Writing and recording soon followed.
A graduate of the Music Conservatory at Purchase College (NY), with a degree in Studio Production, VRTIGO refined the raw talent he had in high school into a professional and unique sound.
He soon graduated and, while continuing to perform live, began a business as a private music tutor. After touring the country four times he has decided his passion lies in cultivating other talent through collaborative writing and recording sessions.
His experience mentoring other artists created a natural path for him to crate 1Take Records, his privately-owned label that provides a foundation for new artists to write and record their own music, hone their craft, and grow as musicians in this ever-changing business. He works with singers, songwriters, and musicians of all levels to help them take their career and craft to the next level.

Bhauraw helps musicians hone their craft in order to share the best version of their creations with the world. He's committed to this because for an artist to reach their full potential they need an objective, outside opinion and they need to be encouraged and challenged to grow.
